A quick update from the ULTIMATE OZ UNIVERSE: INTO THE OUTERLANDS campaign!
We’re also happy to report that production remains on schedule. Products are being reviewed and approved, and all other merch is moving forward as planned. Our next update will include a deeper look at the production process and share more details on where things stand.
Pledge-Over-Time Backers Surveys
If you used Kickstarter’s Pledge-Over-Time feature, your final payment is now complete — which means you should have received an email with your BackerKit post-campaign survey link. This survey is where you:
confirm your pledge
confirm your add-ons / make any final add-on selections
lock in your order with us
Please note: shipping is not being collected in this survey. A second survey will go out closer to fulfillment to confirm your shipping address and collect shipping costs.

Ultimate OZ Love at Oz-Stravaganza 💚
We also wanted to share a little love from Oz-Stravaganza this past weekend. We had a great time talking with OZ fans, meeting readers in person, and spending time with some of our favorite OZ voices in the community — including EmKay and Tara from Down the Yellow Brick Pod and Tori from The Oz Vlog.

An important logistics update for all ULTIMATE OZ UNIVERSE: INTO THE OUTERLANDS backers. Please read this update carefully as it details next steps and ways to make sure we have all your information for you to receive your orders.
Pledge Manager Surveys
Our BackerKit pledge manager surveys were shared last week with most of our backers. A lot of you have already received yours and filled it out, but please read the rest of this update for why some backers may NOT have received the survey yet.
These surveys are where you:
Confirm your pledge
Confirm or update your add-on selections
Lock in your order with us
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping costs are not being collected in this survey. A second survey will go out closer to fulfillment to collect your shipping address confirmation and shipping costs.
Pledge-Over-Time Backers
Backers who used Kickstarter’s new Pledge-Over-Time feature will NOT receive their pledge manager survey until their pledge has been paid in full. This is a new feature on Kickstarter so there are some things to get used to here.
If you backed ULTIMATE OZ UNIVERSE: INTO THE OUTERLANDS Collector’s Edition using Pledge-Over-Time, your invite to the BackerKit pledge manager survey will be sent on June 7, when the final payment is scheduled to be collected through Kickstarter.
So please do not reach out to us about your survey until the final payment has been made through the scheduled system.
Apple “Hide My Email” Users
If you use Apple’s Hide My Email feature, it will cause issues with receiving or accessing your survey. If you believe you should have received your BackerKit survey and have not seen it, please email us at:[email protected]

FINAL PAYMENTS
Kickstarter is charging cards and we’ll received notice soon that payments have gone through. If you run into any issues with your payment through Kickstarter, you’ll have the opportunity to fix them when we send out the post-campaign survey.
SPEAKING OF SURVEYS…
Post-campaign surveys will go out next week. If this is your first time backing a Kickstarter project, these surveys are where you’ll confirm your order and have the chance to add to your order. That’s right — you’ll still be able to grab last-minute extras if you missed something during the campaign.
These surveys will be sent through BackerKit to the email address connected to your Kickstarter account. You can expect them to begin going out mid next week.
CONFIRMING ADDRESSES
Closer to our fulfillment, we’ll send a second survey to confirm your shipping address and shipping costs. That survey will come from our fulfillment partner EasyShip in July or August. This helps us make sure we have your most up-to-date shipping information and lets us charge the most accurate shipping rate possible when the time comes.
